Welcome to Leadership Done Right!
I am glad you are here to learn about leadership! There are many aspects of leadership ranging from supervising or managing people day-to-day to leading companies in a new direction as the CEO. In addition, there are leaders in business, politics, sports, education, non-profit organizations, etc. There are leaders in all organizations and every walk of life. Each leader has a different amount of responsibility and faces different challenges, but the principles to being a great leader are the same.
So how do you, as a leader, face the challenges that come with leadership? Do you look for insight from the experience of others? Do you study the examples of the top leaders in your industry? Do you read information about leadership theory? Well, if you do any of the mentioned techniques to learn about leadership, you are at the right place!
Leadership Done Right will teach you about leadership using the following three methods:
- Review leaders in the news and identify what they have done right and wrong and how they can improve.
- Discuss the theory behind leadership done right.

Each of these areas will be addressed on a weekly basis to give you fresh and up-to-date topics on leadership.
