When you picture an image of a great aspiring leader, who makes you feel absolutely stunned, gives you the persona which is so strong that it is undeniable and has the qualities which can shape up not only you and your community, but the entire nation and circumstances around you.

For a large part of this new century, the concept of emotional intelligence was not very popular or discovered by many people.
