Working in a confused manner, give rise to stress and frustration and creates a barrier to effective leadership. As a leader you should be a good manager and able to manage your workload in motivating other member of the team. By being managed, you can carry out multiple tasks at the same time with all of the team members without any confusion.

Poor decision making

It is proven that a large number of leaders are downfall due to poor decision making skills. Poor decision making is a battier to effective leadership and provides a tough time to the leaders. Only the leader who can right decision on the right time can tackle this problem successfully. A leader with good decision making skills can gain the trust and respect of the other team member in order to carry out his/her operations confidently. While poor decision skills, enhance anxiety, frustration, and reduce the confidence level of a leader. Therefore, it is vital for you to take steps and enhance good decision making skills to avoid this barrier to effective leadership.

Poor networking

Businesses are always run on their contacts. It means that a good leader should know how to build a good network within and beyond their business. A great leader loves to involve and build a huge network that will increase his/her business turnover. You can also build a good network by contacting your team member and clients on a daily basis to aware about their issues. In this way, you can satisfy your team members and clients and successfully avoid this barrier of leadership. Keep in mind poor networking is a barrier to effective communication and communication is the key factor behind the success of any business.
