Get to Know Tal!
Tal is a Customer Service and Leadership Trainer with more than 20 years of hospitality operations experience. He has worked for the top hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Starwood and Intercontinental Hotel Group. Tal specializes in training development for front line employees, managers and business leaders to deliver exceptional customer experience for their clients. He is continually adding value to create sustainable results by creating a culture of excellence as a competitive advantage.
Personal Development is a Key to Success
In an environment where leadership skills were not readily taught, Tal decided that if he was going to be a great leader he had to take matters into his own hands. He realized that personal development is the key to success so he began reading many books, experimenting with what he was learning, and attending conferences and seminars to learn additional leadership skills.
In his personal development journey, he did a lot of internal reflection by asking questions like, “Who do I want to be as a leader?”, “What kind of a leader do I want to be?”, and “How do I want others to see me?”. When he asked these questions it was a turning point in his life because he took responsibility for his own growth and leadership development.
