Each November, residents in the United States have the opportunity to vote on whom they want as their political leaders. This is a great opportunity to choose a new leader or confirm that you still want the existing leader. Even though the Leadership Done Right audience is growing to the point that the international audience is similar in size to the audience in the United States, there are important points to address as they relate to elections, voting, and choosing your leaders.

It is not uncommon to hear people say around election time that they don’t want to vote because their vote doesn’t count or they are insignificant. This is a bad attitude to have because of the following reasons:
1. Each vote counts towards the sum of the votes for each new leader or issue.
